A complete replacement starts by stripping the old materials back to the decking. That is the only way to see the structure underneath, and it is where rot shows up.
Anything soft or water damaged is replaced before the new shingles or tiles go down. Covering a bad deck buys a season and costs a roof.

Repairs when only part of it has failed
Not every roof needs replacing. Damaged shingle sections get replaced, vents and chimneys get resealed, and the places water has been getting in are reinforced.
An inspection tells you which of the two you are actually looking at, and we will say so plainly rather than selling you the bigger job.

One to three days, permits through cleanup
Most residential installations are finished in one to three days once materials are on site.
We handle the job from the permit paperwork through to the cleanup, so you are not chasing a city office or a dumpster company in the middle of it.
